5 Star Experience
5-star service from beginning to end. We’re in the process of several renovation projects and hired Midwest Construction to replace 11 windows and two 3-window sliders. They were hands down, the most impressive contractor we’ve worked with. Sales (Lee Sykes) was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. No pushy sales and he spent quality time going over everything with us. We were quoted 3-4 months for installation and were thrilled when it happened at 6 weeks. Installation was just as impressive. Joe was always on time, super efficient, professional and overall a really nice guy. He is experienced, which we appreciated so we didn’t have to babysit him (which is what we’re doing with other contractors). Angela and Brent were our office contacts. They were always friendly and very responsive. Our only regret is that we didn’t replace every single window in the house. We will definitely be using Midwest Construction in the future!
Patio Door Replacement
I have been a long-time, happy customer of Midwest Construction - in fact, I wouldn't call anyone else! This time they replaced a 42year-old patio door. Everyone I have dealt with on the phone, email, salesman, and installer have all been top notch! Eli, the installer, was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Amazing new look!
Our house looks like a new house! What a transformation!! The crew was very professional and did great work! It’s amazing how our house is now quieter and fresh looking. We’ve already received a lot of compliments on it!
Siding replacement
We initially had cedar siding and were tired of climbing ladders for getting on the roof to wash and seal. We spoke with Alex of Midwest Construction who was very helpful with the purchase of a cedar-toned venal siding. We ordered the siding this past September, but due to Covid could not be installed until this Spring. The job was completed 3 weeks ago. The crew was prompt and did an excellent job. They cleaned up when completed.
One stop place for you needs
We did the windows & loved the way they handled the replacement. We returned for a roof estimate and could not pass up the ability for this company to do that and return with the numbers to add the siding work as well. High impact shingles, high impact siding and triple pain windows. Replacement of high grade materials can lower your insurance rate and make your home worth more. Lower price replacement materials for storm damage only makes the contractor money. Midwest Construction stands behind the work and materials. Contractors working for this company live a happy life and it shows in the work they do. They with out of there way to make us happy. We love Midwest construction and will use them in the future.
