Old deck to new sun room
We partially replaced a raised deck to add a sunroom. The sunroom access is off a sunken living room. Our salesman, Troy, helped us with decisions regarding size, placement and color as well as explaining how the room adjacent the remaing deck (approximately 10" higher level) would look. Andy kept us abreast of scheduling. We had 2 change orders during the process, both handled quickly. Installer, Shane, removed 10x18' decking the first day. He assembled the room and had roof and windows on between snows & all during bitterly cold weather. He is amazing! An added bonus is the underside of the sunroom gives our lower level patio a nicely finished cover. We used a recommended company for the drywall and trim work. We are using our new room and we're very happy with it & the Midwest Construction team of experts!
Patio Door
Working with Midwest Construction was great. Not only are they reasonably priced, but they were great at keeping us we'll informed. The men who installed our patio door were very professional and did a fantastic job. We will definitely be using their services again.
