Excellent Windows Installation Job
We had Midwest Windows install 11 windows, (Great Lakes Windows), in August, 2022. We were happy with their estimate for the job, and with the company personnel we dealt with along the way, including Troy (salesman), Brent (Proj. Mgr.), and the installer Brent (assisted by Eli on final day). Installation went smoothly, and cleanup was meticulous. We recommend this company and their products without reservation.
Outstanding Renovations
We have used MWC for several projects over the past 10 years. Starting with the Oasis Sunroom in 2012. Because of their excellent work ethic, the products they use, and their contractors, we continued to return to them for our home improvement projects over the past 10 years, such as windows, doors, gutters and even replacing our decks. If there are any other projects needed we certainly will call on them again.
WOW!
Our new ProVia entry door is beautiful on the outside and the inside. Midwest Construction was wonderful to work with. They kept us informed and delivered as promised. Joe and Juan did a great job installing. We are very pleased with our decision and will start with Midwest Construction on any future home improvement project. Thank you!
Best Experience Ever
On the hottest days this summer Brent and Eli replaced all of the windows and the patio door in my town home. I was continually amazed at the workmanship and integrity of these two guys. The windows are so beautiful that I haven't put any blinds or drapes up yet, can't stop admiring them. Thank you!
New roof installation
We had recently experienced hail damage. Alex from Midwest Construction was prompt with providing us with a quote. The crew that came out was very professional. After installation, very exceptional in cleaning the area. I will highly recommend Midwest Construction for any construction project and will utilize them for future projects.
Window replacemtns
We could not be happier!!! The experience from start to finish was absolutely wonderful. Nick arrived at our home and provided options and detailed information on their window products. We received his quote within 48 hours. We received a call to schedule final measurements within a week or so following the signing of the contract. Ryan arrived and measured all of the windows. Once the windows arrived at MidWest Construction, we received a call from Brent who scheduled our installation. Ryan and Joe did an amazing job installing all of our beautiful windows. This was the most pleasant experience we have had dealing with a service company in our area. Detailed, timely and quality work. Thank you to the entire team at MidWest Construction.
Patio Door Replacement
Replacement of our replacement patio door was done very efficiently and timely manner from the time Lee gave us a quote to installation. Installation crew was very good and done very well. Thanks to you all.
Convert screen porch to glassed in porch
We were extremely pleased with the final result. The workmanship on all aspects were great. Both crews did an excellent job from beginning to complete cleanup. We would recommend Midwest to anyone looking into a deck, sunroom or replacement windows.
Windows and siding
The crew performing the work made all the difference and is responsible for the 5-star rating. Joe and Juan were fantastic and did an outstanding job on both the windows and siding. The slight hiccups were with ordering a frosted glass window for a bathroom and receiving clear glass. I've been assured the frosted glass is on order and will be installed as soon as it arrives. The other issue, which really wasn't an issue is that the project coordinator never was available or returned calls. Brent was their saving grace in that respect. While I was told he was the main contact for windows he took care of everything, siding included when I had questions/concerns and was always prompt to reply.
