The 2 guys that came to install the windows Ryan and Joe where awesome. If my husband and I had a question they had a answer for it. We did have 1 window that I could feel air coming through while the guys where here they took the trim back down and fix it on the spot. And while they where instilling the rest of our windows (before I noticed) they saw that a couple of frames where broken, some of the screens had runs in them and a couple of the locks where broken. They ordered new ones and had them on the way before they showed it to me. So far this company has been very honest with us.
