Eli was the one explaining to me the things he changed to mitigate the issues. He was transparent and knowledgeable. Even demonstrated part of the worked that were doing. He was excellent in communication and execution, well both did a great job. Still glad I waited for the right hands to handle the problem. I just want to let you know how satisfied and grateful my husband and I that it's been taken care of.
