Expert Other Project Project Near You on 29th street SW
In the quaint city of Winnebago Heights, Iowa, Midwest Construction recently completed an extraordinary remodeling project that left homeowners in awe. We had the privilege of meeting with a member of a local church parish council to discuss their need for new gutters to protect their home's foundation and basement from water damage.
Enamored by our expertise and reputation as Iowa's premier exterior remodeling company, the parish council member reached out to us after seeing our captivating TV commercial on KIMT-TV. Enter Bobby Baker, our brilliant marketing manager and design consultant, who meticulously measured the project and provided valuable recommendations.
To ensure unrivaled quality, Bobby suggested installing larger downspouts, measuring an impressive 3x4 inches, instead of the conventional 2x3 inches. These formidable downspouts swiftly whisk away water, expertly directing it away from the foundation, mitigating any threats of damage.
At Midwest Construction, we take enormous pride in our state-of-the-art gutter machine that crafts impeccable, joint-free gutters of any length. Our extensively trained gutter crews ensure flawless installation, protecting your home from leaks and safeguarding its structural integrity.
Additionally, our insured crews guarantee your peace of mind throughout the project, going above and beyond by meticulously cleaning up and removing all construction debris once the job is completed.
With over 60 years of unparalleled industry expertise, Midwest Construction remains synonymous with "Quality Products & Quality Installation". Don't miss out on experiencing the transformative power of our exceptional services. Contact us today and discover the Midwestern difference for yourself.

House Makeover!
"We called for estimates on siding and windows and were lucky enough to get a call and a visit from Levi. Levi walked us through siding, windows, color, doors, options, cost etc. We knew the price of everything before we started and nothing changed when our bill was finalized.
Joe and Ryan installed our beautiful, custom windows, sliding glass doors and front door. These guys are beasts! They worked so hard in the hot, humid weather, carrying heavy doors and taking huge windows to the second floor. The black windows look amazing with our dark gray siding. They did amazing work. We are so thankful they're the gentlemen that were sent our way.
Jose had a phenomenal crew to remove our siding, replace wood that was bad, reside the house and replace outdoor lights, dryer vent etc. They matched outlets and receptacles with parts to match the siding. Our house looks and feels new. The dust is almost nil from having new windows and doors. The crew was amazing and worked nonstop! They were extremely courteous and didn't leave a scrap of anything on the ground.
Gutter guys had this huge house done in a few hours! Amazing, polite workers as well.
Levi is a huge asset to the company! He helped so much with color choices, communication, getting us the value we were looking for and being patient whenever we changed our minds. We'd recommend Levi and Midwest Construction to anyone needing this type of work. A huge thanks to all of you. Everyone was so polite and respectful."
