Experience the luxury of a completely maintenance-free deck with Midwest Construction's latest remodeling project in Urbandale, Iowa. Our skilled team of professionals transformed an outdated deck into a stunning outdoor oasis using the finest materials. By removing the old railing and deck boards, we made way for the exceptional durability and beauty of Timber Tex decking. To ensure lasting stability, we installed two new 6 x 6 posts in footings, elevating the structural integrity of the deck. The homeowners were thrilled with the end result, as our expertise and attention to detail were evident in every aspect of the project.
What sets our work apart is our commitment to using only the highest quality, maintenance-free materials. Our choice of deck and trim material, along with the sleek Westbury metal railings, delivers not only a stunning aesthetic but also eliminates the hassle of constant upkeep. Imagine no more staining, painting, or repairs! With this renovation, Urbandale homeowners can enjoy their deck year-round with minimal maintenance.

House Makeover!
"We called for estimates on siding and windows and were lucky enough to get a call and a visit from Levi. Levi walked us through siding, windows, color, doors, options, cost etc. We knew the price of everything before we started and nothing changed when our bill was finalized.
Joe and Ryan installed our beautiful, custom windows, sliding glass doors and front door. These guys are beasts! They worked so hard in the hot, humid weather, carrying heavy doors and taking huge windows to the second floor. The black windows look amazing with our dark gray siding. They did amazing work. We are so thankful they're the gentlemen that were sent our way.
Jose had a phenomenal crew to remove our siding, replace wood that was bad, reside the house and replace outdoor lights, dryer vent etc. They matched outlets and receptacles with parts to match the siding. Our house looks and feels new. The dust is almost nil from having new windows and doors. The crew was amazing and worked nonstop! They were extremely courteous and didn't leave a scrap of anything on the ground.
Gutter guys had this huge house done in a few hours! Amazing, polite workers as well.
Levi is a huge asset to the company! He helped so much with color choices, communication, getting us the value we were looking for and being patient whenever we changed our minds. We'd recommend Levi and Midwest Construction to anyone needing this type of work. A huge thanks to all of you. Everyone was so polite and respectful."
