Midwest Construction to custom build and install a ProVia, Endure, 8 foot sliding patio door. Midwest Construction's crew will Insulate the opening with Boss Extreme Weather Foam and seal the opening with silicone sealant. The exterior door casings will be covered with custom bent PVC vinyl fused aluminum coil stock.. All construction debris will be cleaned up and hauled away. Issue warranty upon completion.
