Homeowners in this Rural Route Farm Home needed to install new siding, the farm house had a couple of additions added on in the past and back in the late 1980’s the home had Masonite Siding Installed. Well almost 30 years later they needed to reside the home again!

Midwest Construction with offices in Mason City and Des Moines (Grimes), Iowa installed American Classic Insulated Vinyl Siding to add the extra insulation value this home needed.

All of the existing siding was removed and hauled away. All exterior walls of this home were inspected for rotten sheeting and replace if and where needed with new lumber. All of the exterior walls were covered with Grip Tite House Wrap and all seams taped. All window and door openings had Greengard air/water infiltration tape.

Wedgewood Blue, Double-6 American Classic Insulated Siding was installed with all matching accessories including insulated corner post.

When the job was finished these homeowners will be issued a Manufacturers Lifetime Warranty with Lifetime Non-Fade Protection from American Classic and also included is a Lifetime thermal performance and delaminate warranty from Progressive Foam Products.
