Deck Enclosure in Johnston

This past fall Troy Deaton, a Midwest Construction Design Conultant, went out to Johnston, IA to meet with homeowners who wanted to add a four season sunroom onto their existing deck. They wanted to extend their usage of their outdoor living space; looking to enjoy the beautiful views beyond their back yard.

Troy was able to design a beautiful 12 by 16 gable style sunroom with a new deck off the side. The gable style roof, or sometimes called cathedral, gives the sunroom a wonderful spacious feeling. The sunroom design also included trapezoid glass upper transoms and lower glass knee walls. The walls being essentially all glass, left unobstructed views for the homeowner to enjoy. The homeowners are thrilled with their new room! Thanks Troy!
